Tiny Mathen
Wor-Wic Community College recently welcomed Tiny Mathen of Fruitland as an assistant professor of nursing.
Before coming to Wor-Wic, she worked as a registered nurse at Peninsula Regional Medical Center for the past seven years, and as a part-time clinical instructor at Wor-Wic for the past three years.
Mathen has more than 15 years of nursing experience and more than 10 years of teaching experience. She received her bachelor’s degree in nursing from the Government College of Nursing in India and her master’s degree in nursing from the University of Phoenix.
She and her husband, James, have a son, Jerry, and a daughter, Jacqueline.
