Anyone planning to visit Wor-Wic Community College on Wednesday, Aug. 31, between 7 a.m. and 4 p.m., will need to use Longridge Road to access alternative entrance/exit roadways to the campus via Horsebridge Drive or Shortridge Drive.
The closure of the Wor-Wic’s main entrance is necessary for contractors to complete the final paving of the new traffic circle and college entrance and exit roadways on Walston Switch Road.
Offices providing registration and related services for the upcoming fall term will be fully staffed and open for business Monday, Aug. 29, through Thursday, Sept. 1, from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.
