Wor-Wic offers the 30 hours of classroom instruction and six hours behind the wheel instruction necessary for a Maryland Motor Vehicle Administration (MVA) approved Driver Education certification.
Students must have a valid Maryland learner’s permit before beginning behind the wheel training. For more information, please view the Driver Education Information Sheet.
If you are a Maryland resident aged 60 or over and are interested in taking Driver Education, you are eligible for a tuition waiver. Please call us at 410-334-2815 or email non-credit@worwic.edu for your registration link.

Driver Education Tuition Assistance is available to eligible Worcester, Wicomico, and Somerset county residents who plan on enrolling in the 36-hour training course. Complete and submit the online Driver Education Tuition Assistance application.
